Shipping policy

DPF Super Store.ca has two Canada-based warehouses - east and west coast - to provide fast ground coverage shipping. We will do our best to get your product to you as fast as possible, but not all items are available in both warehouses.

We use a variety of shipping services including UPS, Purolator, and Canpar in addition to freight carriers for larger items. Available shipping methods will be listed in the shipping section of the checkout process. If you do not see an option you are interested in, please give us a call and we will see if it can be accommodated.

NOTE: Shipping lead times are calculated once an order has been fulfilled, not when the order is placed. If you are unsure when an order will ship, please give us a call and we will provide you with an estimate.

DPF Super Store.ca typically ships items out same-day or next business day for orders placed by noon PST. For any items found to be out of stock, the customer will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be issued.
