NOx Sensors - OEM & Aftermarket
We carry a variety of NOx sensors, with some OEM options available as well. A NOx sensor is a common failure point on your truck, but luckily they are usually a pretty straight forward repair job. Make sure you read and understand the fault codes though, many codes mention NOx in them, but not all of them point to the sensor as the culprit. You will also need to know which NOx sensor you need to replace. Most vehicle these days have two sensors, typically one up front right after the turbo (also referred to as the upstream or inlet sensor), and the second near the tailpipe which is commonly called the downstream or outlet sensor. The sensors between these locations are not interchangeable.
We also carry a variety of replacement weld bungs so you can replace the exhaust fitting if necessary upon removing the sensor. The majority of NOx sensors use our BG1027 weld bung, if you are unsure reach out so we can confirm..
